Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Caswell-Massey purchase. If you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glass apothecary bottles and fragile items are securely padded.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our heritage warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
